Auto Dealer Platform’s concierge customer service includes all initial set up and all necessary maintenance to keep your service advisors terminals working properly. Online training is available through Cardpointe. However, Cardpointe is not always intuitive. Auto Dealer Platform conducts personalized training using online collaborative programs, such as GoToMeeting®, to help you learn how to effectively navigate Cardpointe and take advantage of all its features.

Financial Analysis

Staying on top of costs, income, and other financial data is incredibly important. With our program, you can do a single batch download of all the day’s transactions into an Excel spreadsheet for easy viewing and customization.
